Nothing in this policy affects your legal consumer rights under applicable laws in the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, or Canada.
Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To help us process returns smoothly, we kindly ask that the machine is in the same condition as when it arrived, not installed, modified, or used, and returned in its original packaging with all included items.

Items That May Not Be Returnable
Some items are not eligible for return, including custom-built or special-order pinball machines, clearance or final-sale items, and machines damaged after delivery due to misuse or modification. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
If Your Item Arrives Damaged or Faulty
Please inspect your delivery as soon as possible. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there’s visible damage and send clear photos or videos of the issue and packaging. We’ll work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
How to Start a Return
Email support@buypinballmachines.online with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please wait for confirmation before returning an item.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll cover the return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Any restocking fee will be discussed in advance.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t shipped. If already shipped, we’ll assist with the return process.
Your Consumer Rights
EU & UK customers have a legal right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery. US & Canadian customers are entitled to remedies for defective or misrepresented goods under applicable laws.
